Meet The Team

Leigh Ann Swafford, Practice Coordinator

I was first introduced to the Practice and to Dr. Thomas-Moses by a friend in 2005. Dr. Thomas-Moses and we had an instant connection.  My background includes a master’s degree in counseling and higher education administration. I am often a patient’s first contact with the Practice and am excited to introduce each of them to us! The Practice and patients have become an extension of my biological family. I am proud to be a member of our amazing Team!

I live with my three cat children, Dutchie, Vinnie and Magica. I enjoy traveling, reading suspense novels, and spending downtime with family, friends, and fur babies.

Cindy Bell, Treatment Coordinator

I became of member of the team 2000, during an internship with West Georgia Technical College. I utilize my 18 years of experience to ensure patients receive the utmost care and attention.  My main goal is to help patients gain a personalized tour of their dental treatment needs.

I enjoy working with Dr. Donna Thomas-Moses because of the passion she demonstrates in her work, the personable way she communicates with patients and her dedication to providing the best periodontal care possible.

When away from the office, I like to read, garden, play with my three dogs and explore the natural beauty that Georgia has to offer.

Lindsey Wohar, Registered Dental Hygienist/Periodontal Therapist

I was born and reared in Carrollton, Georgia, calling this home now for 32 years.  I attended The University of West Georgia for 1 year (2004-2005) in Business Administration and transferred to West Georgia Technical College to pursue my passion in Dental Health (2005-2008).  I graduated in 2008 with an Associate Degree in Applied Science and Dental Hygiene.

I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 10 years.  I understand the importance of good oral hygiene to periodontal patients and have been providing exceptional care to Dr. Donna Thomas-Moses’s patients for more than 5 years.  I work with each maintenance patient to ensure he/she understands home care, as well as follow up care, and the impact it has on periodontal success.

In my spare time, I enjoy family time, being outside and cooking.

Kaedyn Adair, Surgical Assistant

I have a passion for people! I began my career in Early Childhood Education where I instructed children of all ages. Fueled by a desire to help others, I interned at two separate dental offices and gained insight, knowledge, and patient care to begin a career in dental assisting. I am honored to apply my experience in this Practice and strive for the best care possible for Dr. Thomas-Moses’ patients.

When away from the office, I enjoy exploring new restaurants and spending time outside with my children.

Tammy Entrekin, Registered Dental Hygienist/Periodontal Therapist

I graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at West Georgia Technical College in 1997. With enthusiasm to share the importance of dental health, I joined the Practice of Dr. Donna Thomas-Moses in 1998.

I take advantage of every opportunity to spend time outdoors – especially activities such as camping and kayaking with friends and family.

My passion in life is rescuing senior dogs and those who just need love.

Kelly Paquin, Patient Care Coordinator

I graduated from West Georgia Technical College in 2013 with my Expanded Function Dental Assisting certification. I went on to work in the medical/dental billing field becoming a certified Medical Biller in 2019.

I joined Dr. Donna Thomas-Moses’ team in December 2020 combining my passion of dentistry with my knowledge for dental and medical benefits. I enjoy the family environment of our Team and the enthusiasm we have for our patients and their dental health.

When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my son, family and friends. I enjoy creating memories with my son by traveling to new locations and experiencing new adventures.

Jan L. Robinson, Patient Care Specialist

I joined the Practice in May 2016 and have been in the field of dentistry for over 26 years. I received a Dental Customer Service 1 Certification in 1995 from The LD Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne Fl.

My main responsibilities consist of personally assisting Dr. Thomas-Moses and administrative duties within the front office.   I am the definition of a people person and helping our patients and my co-workers comes naturally (My teammates affectionately refer to me as “Mama Jan” and I am honored by the title)!

I am married with 2 sons, 4 grandchildren and a canine fur baby. My hobbies include reading, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.

Winnie, Canine Dental Therapist Extraordinaire

Woof, Woof…. I am Winnie!  I am here to make our patients feel comfortable and loved when they are here.  Sometimes I get so excited to greet patients that I get in trouble with my Momma, but I only mean to make you smile and relax while you are here.  Of course, my Momma is Dr. Thomas-Moses; I also have an office Mom, Mama Jan, who takes me on my daily walks!  If you need me to sit beside you and hold your hand during your dental visit, all you need to do is ask for me! I will be here waiting for you!
